Lavender and Garlic Celebration: 7:00 am - 1:00
pm: The market will feature fresh cut lavender bouquets, lavender plants, companion plants, special lavender products, various types of garlic, and special products featuring garlic.

Music: Saturday from 7 a.m. - 1 pm

“Ask Our Expert” presentations will be every hour on the hour in the Expert Tent adjacent to the handball courts. Schedule may change; check info board on the day of the event.

Join Los Poblanos head farmer Sean Ludden for an informative lavender talk and demonstration. Farmer Sean will discuss how to grow your own lavender and when to harvest. He will also dem- onstrate the steam distillation techniques used by Los Poblanos to extract the lavender essential oil found in our artisan lavender products. (20 minutes)

Los Poblanos Inn and Organic Farm is providing the lavender U-Pick activity this year. The Los Poblanos Lavender Field is directly across Rio Grande from the Agri-Nature Center. Festival ticket not required. $8 cash at the Los Poblanos U-Pick tent. No parking available. NOTE: The Farm Store will be closed during the FEST hours and re-located to the Fest Grounds at the Agri-Nature Cente. Come shop!
